1. Make sure the safety is ALWAYS on!2. Learn how to load the gun...
3. Practice loading the gun and practice safety rules- like pointing the gun away from ALL people when loading!
4. Aim...
5. Shoot...
6. Stumble backwards because you weren't aware of how hard a gun kicks a 79 lb. boy!
BJ was thrilled as you can see! And Mommy and Daddy had a turn too... ya know you're a REDNECK, when you are outside in NY (in MARCH)... teaching your boy how to shoot... IN YOUR YARD!

OK.....If you have to be a REDNECK, I guess it is good to be it in your own back yard !!! Did BJ hit any targets on his first lesson ???
Oh YES he did!! He really "killed" the junky cabinet that Brian put up for a target!
