Mommy went to Collin's class to help with making some holiday crafts... I took pictures of all the kids to put on ornaments... they decorated the front and I put their picture on the other side... this is Collin's ornament picture!!

Can you believe there wasn't any snow this year!! It was freezing though, and the kids needed to bundle up!! And not to worry about snow... it was cold and blizzarding yesterday, and it's only supposed to be in the single digits today!

Thanksgiving Day

We had a smaller crowd than usual this year... only 8 of the kids! Sammi & Zack, Jane, Jack & Henry, and BJ, Collin & Eva... they had fun with olives as you can see from the pictures! It was a delicious dinner, as usual!

The FEAST

Grama Colleen made these beautiful Raggedy Ann & Andy dolls for our Eva's birthday... made with purple prints to match her room (and it's her favorite color!) Another "hand stitched with love" creation from Grama!!

I was telling Eva about how lucky she was to have so many people who love her and care about her so much, and she said, "yeah... My SO lucky!"

Jewelry Box from Papa Jim

Eva received a very BIG package in the mail on her birthday with a beautiful new jewelry box in it... hand made by Papa Jim!

Your BARN Door's open!

Well... CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!?!? We actually have a barn door!! It's pretty and it's HEAVY! We actually got most of the hardware from one of my "save the wood" missions where Eddie and Brian helped me disassemble an old barn...

Now, instead of cleaning the barn... we can just shut the door! Great idea-huh? It's kinda freakin' the cats out too- but they're sheltered from the weather a bit more now.

All the kids were enjoying the Play Doh on the kitchen floor- look at all the accessories they make now!!... Including the playmat! Thanks Eddie and Terri, for this great birthday present! We LOVE it!!

They're such NUTS! We've really missed Alex and Luke... they're gone to Oklahoma in the summer, and they've all been working on their house so much, that we really haven't seen much of them lately... but they have FUN when they do see each other! Hopefully with a little less going on these days (yeah right!!), they'll be able to see more of each other!

Trip to the ZOO

The kids took a trip to the zoo with the DADDIES! (Holy COW! Can you believe that Mommy and Aunt Libby went to the mall and a movie WITHOUT KIDS!)

Fall Festival in Ohio

Just look at these CUTIES!! (Holy cow is it hard to take 6 kids to the festival with only two Mommies! Good thing BJ was there to give a helping hand! He counts less as a kid and more as a helper, with each outing!
And it's nearly impossible to get kids to sit for a moment when there's horses going by and a corn maze in the future!!
